Amazing and authentic Korean food. Cute and simple aesthetic in a quiet part of Metairie. It feels like Seoul! The owner is very kind and all the staff polite. It's also super clean. Every dish is a hit!

After moving back home to the South from living in Los Angeles for several year it was hard finding a good Korean restaurant. It's the mom and pop's hole in the wall places that you find the best food at. Maybe 10 or so tables and a small specialized korean menu. The service was exceptionally quick and great! When the owner was bringing out food my wife said "고맙습니다!" which is thank you in korean. To his surprise he asked her to say it again. We had a chuckle and he asked where she learned how to say thank you in korean and my wife told him from Korean drama shows lol... Back to the food which was what we have been looking for. We got the Japchae, Banchan, Beef-Bulgogi, Braised Short Ribs and Tofu Jjigae soup. Everything was so delicious! We are planning a trip back to try the chicken wings and the Braised pork ribs. 안녕히 가세요

Best authentic Korean in South Louisiana. We drive an hour in just for this one and it's worth it every time.

This place is bomb. Gotta get there early, limited seating and if they're full they will send you on your way--mostly because they don't want to force anyone to rush through their meal. The owner is the only server and may have just one-two additional staff assisting, yet you never feel ignored! And bless it, that kim chi soup (jiggae) has magical restorative powers! Haven't had anything there I didn't enjoy. Love the Korean soaps playing on the tv. Place is very tidy and the owner seems to really care about the quality of everything. He's super nice and welcoming, and I always look forward to going in when I'm running around out near Vets or just need some spicy, fresh and delicious Korean to get me through.

you know what i love about this place? the generosity of amount of food they provide... local mom and pop shop providing fresh korean food for dine in and to go. located next to a laundromat...you can clean your clothes and have your laundry done next door. prices at equivalent to area surrounding! it's just a no fluff kinda place. it old school dining style...you order your individual soups with rice cooked in clay pot. you choose your protein or do noddles. we can share that! i also suggest the korean pancake! yummy-o! service is quick bc it's a small place with about 4-6 tables.

Come here often and literally everything is delicious. Reminds me of delicious food we had in S Korea multiple times. The grilled pork belly is awesome. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms! That's always a good sign. Kind & great staff & service. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

This was my first time eating in a Korean restaurant as I've only had an occasional dish from another restaurant. They brought out a bunch of mini appetizer dishes including kimchi, sweet potatoes, spicy cucumbers, fried tofu and mushrooms. They were all delicious and full of flavor and the perfect amount for 3 people. Since it's 100 degrees outside I decided to get the bibim naeng-myeon which is a cold buckwheat noodle dish with a tiny amount of beef, cucumber, pickled radish, spicy sauce, boiled egg and sesame seeds. The dish actually had ice in it! It was fairly spicy and I enjoyed it but next time I'll get a dish that has more protein in it. Can't wait to go back and taste some other dishes

The best Korean restaurant in the city! I go here practically every week and absolutely love the food. My usual is the kimchi stew. Lots of meat in that little stone bowl that keeps your soup hot the entire time. So many delicious items on the menu: the japchae, yuk gae jang soup, the bulgogi, galbi, and gimbap are all stellar here.
